What we collect, what we never do, and your rights under Saudi law.

We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we ask for as little as possible. This website has no contact form and no account system. If you talk to us, it is because you chose to send a WhatsApp message or an email.
Nothing, unless you contact us. Browsing tripect.com.sa does not require you to give us anything.
When you use "Find your structure": your three answers are held only in your browser to produce a recommendation. They are not sent to us. If you then tap the WhatsApp button, those answers are placed into a message that you choose to send. Nothing leaves your device until you press send.
When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we hold your name, contact details and what you told us about your event, so we can quote and deliver.
Analytics: we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It is configured to record aggregate behaviour, not to identify you personally.
Only where it is necessary to serve you: Axion (Zepelin s.r.o., Slovakia) when a product must be manufactured for your order, freight and customs agents for shipping, and ZATCA where Saudi tax law requires invoice records. Our hosting is provided by Hostinger.
Enquiry correspondence: two years from last contact. Invoices and contracts: ten years, as Saudi commercial and tax law requires. Analytics: fourteen months.
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@tripect.com.sa and we will respond within thirty days.
The TriPect app is this website, installed to your device. It stores pages on your device so it works without a connection. It does not access your camera, microphone, contacts or location. It contains no advertising and no third-party software development kits.
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes materially we will change the date at the top and, where the change affects you, say so on the homepage.
