EXHIBITIONS & CONFERENCES

Inflatable exhibition booths and tents in Saudi Arabia

A branded inflatable booth for the hall floor or the outdoor plaza. Sealed and silent, set up by 1–2 people, and reusable across your exhibition calendar. Supplied and installed by TriPect, authorised AXION distributor, in Riyadh and across the Kingdom.

WHY INFLATABLE

A stand you own, not one you rebuild

A built stand is designed, constructed, used for one show and taken apart. At the next show, the process starts again. An inflatable booth is bought once. It arrives in bags, goes up with a crew of one or two, and goes back into the bags at the end of build-down, ready for the next exhibition in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam.

It does not replace every stand. A two-storey pavilion with meeting rooms needs a stand contractor. But for a company that exhibits several times a year, an outdoor presence at a conference, or a sponsor space on a plaza, a sealed inflatable structure is often the clearer answer: distinctive on the floor, the same look from show to show, and simple to set up.

Sealed means no blower. Inside a hall that matters: no fan noise over your conversations, no power point reserved for the structure, and nothing that sinks if the hall power is switched off at night.

PLANNING

Planning an exhibition year

List the shows you will attend in the next twelve months with their dates and the space you booked. We suggest one structure set that fits the smallest space and scales up for the largest by adding units.

Timing is simple: four weeks minimum from approved artwork, so the artwork for the first show of the year drives the order date.

AXION’s free 3D mockup lets your marketing team see the booth in your brand before anything is committed. Add branded inflatable furniture for the stand and feather flags for the plaza, and the whole presence carries one identity. For the booth structure itself, see inflatable event tents.

On build-up day, the booth is usually the first thing finished on your stand. That leaves the slot for screens, product and people rather than construction.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Can inflatable structures be used indoors at exhibition halls?Yes. Sealed structures make no noise and need no power once inflated. The organiser will ask for fire classification and dimensions; AXION’s sealed tent fabrics are classified B1 (DIN 4102-1) and we supply the data sheets.
Is an inflatable booth a replacement for a built stand? For many exhibitors, yes; for large multi-level pavilions, no. It suits companies that exhibit often, want the same look at every show and prefer a structure they own.
How many people are needed at build-up?1–2 people per tent, with an electric or hand pump. Our team installs with yours on site and shows them how to strike and pack it.
Can several units be joined?Yes. CUBE units connect with tunnels and HEXA units cluster together, so one set can grow for a bigger space.
Are you a stand contractor? No. TriPect supplies AXION structures and installs them. For a fully custom-built stand, a stand contractor is the right partner, and our structures can sit alongside their work.
