AXION’s sealed tents are tested up to 100 km/h and certified for 60 km/h. Use the certified figure for your operating plan. AXION has proven the SQUARE in winds up to 100 km/h, and the large FLOWER dome is certified under the Eurocode for 100 km/h when installed with its steel central pole and water ballast. Tents are anchored with cast aluminium feet plus ballast suited to the surface.
AXION does not publish a temperature rating, so we do not quote one. Air in a sealed structure expands as it warms and contracts as it cools, so on hot days the pressure should be checked during site rounds and topped up or released with the pump. For all-day summer use outdoors, talk to us before you specify.
AXION’s sealed tent fabrics are classified B1 under DIN 4102-1, as stated on its specification tables and fabric data sheets. Beach flags use FR-rated taffeta. We supply the data sheets for your safety file.
Yes. That is what sealed means. Each tent is inflated once with an electric or hand pump and the valve is closed. Nothing runs during the event: no fan, no generator, no noise.
1–2 people per tent, with an electric or hand pump. AXION specifies one or two people per tent, inflating with an electric or hand pump. The exceptions are the FLOWER dome, which needs 3–6 people over 3–5 hours, and the larger Tentify metal-frame tents, which also need more crew and time.
The air is held in seamless 250-micron TPU bladders, HF-welded, inside a 500D high-tenacity polyester cover, so the outer fabric takes the wear rather than the air chamber. Pumps and spare parts are available as accessories through TriPect.
Yes. Sealed structures are silent and need no power once inflated, which suits exhibition halls and mall atriums. Venues will ask for dimensions and fire classification, and we provide both.
A folding pop-up tent, such as AXION’s Tentify QUICK, is the simplest small shelter. An aluminium marquee suits large covered areas that stay up for a long time. A sealed inflatable tent sits between them: a distinctive branded shape, set up by 1–2 people. Choose by footprint, duration and how much the structure itself should carry the brand.
Deflated, they pack into bags; large tents ship in PVC bags. Store them clean and dry between events.
Yes: roof, legs and walls. AXION prints by dye-sublimation in its own factory. Send vector artwork (AI, PDF or EPS) with fonts outlined and your colour references, and we supply the template and a proof for sign-off.
Four weeks minimum from approved artwork. Every structure is made and printed to order, so the clock starts when you sign the proof. For fixed-date events, work back from the event day.
Yes. Standard forms such as the bottle, can and block are printed with your design, and a product with its own silhouette is built as a custom sealed shape from your drawings or 3D file. AXION offers a free 3D mockup first.
TriPect sells: the structure becomes yours and is made for repeated use over years. Our team installs on site and shows your crew how to set up, strike and store it.
It depends on the municipality, the venue and the event. The event permit is held by the organiser; we supply the product data that permit files usually ask for: dimensions, materials, B1 fire classification and wind figures.
