Inflatable arches for races, entrances and sponsors in Saudi Arabia

The arch is the photograph of the event. It is in the start-line shot, the finish-line shot and every sponsor report afterwards. That is why it matters what keeps it standing.

Most inflatable arches in the region are blower arches: a fan runs inside for the whole event, a generator or a cable has to reach it, and if either fails the arch folds onto the course. A sealed AXION arch is pumped once and closed. It holds its shape without power, it is silent at the start line, and there is no cable across the route for runners to step over.

The body uses the same construction as AXION’s sealed tents: seamless 250-micron TPU bladders inside a 500D high-tenacity polyester cover, printed edge to edge by dye-sublimation. Stability comes from a ballast plate or ballast bags matched to the surface, whether asphalt, sand or grass.
