Structures for Saudi National Day and official occasions

National occasions are the most predictable events in the calendar: Founding Day on 22 February, Flag Day on 11 March and Saudi National Day on 23 September. Government entities, semi-government bodies and companies all plan celebrations, and all of them share one constraint: the date cannot move.

Sealed inflatables fit official occasions well. An entrance arch, a hospitality dome or a row of branded tents goes up with 1–2 people per tent. They stand without a blower or generator and can be struck the same evening. The structures are yours after the event, so the same set serves Founding Day, National Day and your other events through the year.

Ramadan and Eid programmes, ministry conferences and municipal openings follow the same logic: a fixed date, an approved identity, and structures that a small crew puts up and takes down cleanly.

We print the official identity published for the occasion together with your entity’s approved identity. We do not print the Saudi national flag on inflatables or products, because it carries the Shahada.

Artwork should come from the occasion’s official identity kit and your entity’s brand guidelines. We check the files, prepare the proof, and hold production until your authorised approver signs it off.

The rule behind these dates is four weeks minimum from approved artwork, plus your own internal approval time before that.
