WHY BRANDED

Furniture that carries the brand

Most event furniture is anonymous: white cubes and black cocktail tables that could belong to any event. AXION’s sealed furniture is printed from your brand file, so the lounge, the registration desk and the bar tables carry the same identity as the tents and arches around them.

Each piece is a sealed inflatable: pumped once, closed, and firm enough to sit on or work at, with no fan running. The covers are printed by dye-sublimation. Deflated, the furniture packs small, which matters when one team moves an event zone from Riyadh to Jeddah within a week.

This is furniture you own. TriPect sells it, so the same set works a product launch this month and an exhibition next quarter.

DETAILS

Practical details

Stability: indoors, the pieces stand on their own. Outdoors, an optional ballast plate or ballast bag keeps lighter pieces in place in wind.

Care: wipe clean after the event, deflate, and store dry. The same pieces are made for repeated use across your event calendar.

Timing: every piece is printed to order, with four weeks minimum from approved artwork. For a seasonal lounge, such as a Ramadan majlis area, a winter season or National Day, approve the artwork early.

Fire safety: AXION publishes B1 (DIN 4102-1) for its sealed tent fabrics. Ask us for the data sheet of the specific furniture piece before you specify it for an indoor venue. AXION’s website also lists a DONUT seat alongside the pieces shown here; ask if you need it.

Mixing pieces: the range is designed to work together. A desk, two seats and a table can furnish a small exhibition stand, and a few CHILLOUT sets can furnish a VIP lounge. We help you count pieces against the guest numbers and the floor plan.

Questions buyers ask

Is inflatable furniture strong enough for events?It is built for commercial use: sealed TPU bladders inside a polyester cover, inflated firm. Seats are made to be sat on and tables to be leaned on through a full event day.
Can it be printed with our logo and colours?Yes, on every visible surface. We send the template, you send the brand file, and you approve a proof before production.
Does it need a pump running?No. Each piece is inflated once and closed. Nothing runs during the event.
Can we use it outdoors in the sun?Yes, with ballast for light pieces in wind. AXION does not publish a temperature rating, so we do not quote one. On hot days we suggest shading the lounge, which is also better for your guests.
Do you sell the furniture, or supply it for one event only?We sell it. You own the set and use it across your event calendar. Event companies also buy it for their own stock.
